Purchase returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

If you find a defect or a product is damaged, we are ready to exchange it for a product of proper quality or return the money. In the event that the parcel was damaged due to the fault of postal dispatch – shop is not responsible for the actions of postal services. In this case, the funds will not be refunded.

If you refuse the goods for reasons beyond the control of our service (the size did not fit, etc.), you are obliged to return the goods back into the shop , while the cost of courier or postal delivery is paid by you in full. Return of goods of good quality is possible if its presentation is preserved, as well as a document confirming the fact of purchase (cash register receipt). Refunds or exchanges can only be made within 14 days after receipt, excluding the day of purchase, and only upon written request from the user.
